Hold a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) or Restricted PAL (RPAL) for restricted items.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order that does not meet legal requirements or verification standards.
3. Product Descriptions and Availability
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices listed on TacticalGlock.ca are accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that all items are always in stock. In cases of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.

4. Pricing and Payment

6. Shipping Policy
We ship firearms, parts, and accessories across Canada only, in accordance with Transport Canada and Canada Post firearm shipping regulations.
Firearms: Shipped only to the address linked to your PAL/RPAL license.
Ammunition: Must be shipped separately, in approved packaging.
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days for in-stock items (longer for restricted transfers).
Tracking: All orders include insured, trackable shipping.
TacticalGlock.ca is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspection, carrier errors, or unforeseen regulatory verification.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the regulated nature of firearms, we apply strict policies:
Firearms: Final sale — no returns or exchanges once legally transferred.
Accessories & Apparel: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Defective Items: Will be replaced or repaired under manufacturer warranty.
