1. General Policy

All transactions on TacticalGlock.ca are conducted under strict firearm and consumer protection regulations.
Because of the legal nature of firearm sales, certain items are not eligible for return or refund once the transfer is complete.
Please read the following conditions carefully before making your purchase.

2. Firearms, Receivers & Restricted Items

All firearm purchases, including Glock pistols in Canada, are final sale and non-refundable once:

• The firearm has been legally transferred to the buyer’s PAL/RPAL number, or

• The product has left our licensed facility for shipment.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on firearms, receivers, or any regulated components due to Canadian Firearms Act compliance and public-safety restrictions.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect firearm, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@tacticalglock.ca.
Our compliance team will coordinate inspection, replacement, or manufacturer-level repair.

3. Accessories, Apparel & Non-Restricted Items

We accept returns on non-restricted items such as holsters, magazines, cleaning kits, optics, and clothing, provided that:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

• A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• You provide the original proof of purchase and order number.

Once approved, customers may return the item at their own shipping cost.
A 10% restocking fee may apply for handling and inspection. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tacticalglock.ca.

2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Include your order number and full name.

Our quality-control team will review your claim promptly. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing without penalty.
Once your order has been verified and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
For firearm purchases, cancellations after legal verification will incur a $50 administrative fee to cover transfer documentation and processing costs.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–10 business days to reflect on your account.
Refunds will not be granted for:

• Customer error (wrong model, colour, or size).

• Failure to provide valid PAL/RPAL license details.

• Returns made without prior authorization.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where TacticalGlock.ca made a mistake or shipped the wrong product.
If an item is returned without authorization, the package will be refused and sent back to the sender.

8. Warranties

All firearms and branded accessories are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
TacticalGlock.ca facilitates warranty claims by providing proof of purchase and supplier contact details.
Customers are encouraged to register products directly with the manufacturer when applicable.
